How do I check the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page or our Staff will e-mail you a tracking number with the shipping company.
After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where we will confirm and ship your items as soon as possible.
How long does delivery take?
Please allow 8-15 business days (average) for the items to arrive.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at contact us page or at sales@keepglamsimple.com.
Do you deliver products internationally?
Keep Glam Simple ships products worldwide every day. Shipping is available for most countries around the world.
I've placed an orders with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?
Since we have several different warehouses worldwide, not all items are stored in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately. So you will probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)
